1-Year Free Maintenance: For the remainder of the one-year warranty period, we provide free repair and maintenance services for any performance issues caused by manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions This warranty covers standard manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidents. The warranty will be voided if:

The product is severely damaged due to physical impact (e.g., dropping to the ground).

The product has been submerged in or damaged by water, ink, or other liquids.

Return Shipping for Maintenance If our team determines that your machine needs to be sent back to our facility for repair, we will provide the labor and replacement parts for free. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send the item back to us.
Out-of-Warranty Service If your product is damaged after the one-year warranty has expired, we still have you covered! We offer paid maintenance services. Please email our support team with your order number and product photos, and we will provide a quote for the repair and logistics costs.
